Add configurable session timeout setting

This update introduces configurable session timeout functionality to enhance security compliance:

• Admin settings: You can set the session timeout duration between 1 and 480 minutes or disable it entirely.
• User warnings: A 2-minute warning with a countdown timer alerts you before automatic logout.
• Activity tracking: The session timeout resets automatically when you interact with the mouse, keyboard, or scroll.
