Add introductory validation notebooks

documentation
25.05
Published

April 28, 2025

This update enhances the ValidMind documentation and testing framework with several improvements:

  • The "developer" portal is now called the "library" portal, reflecting its broader scope beyond just developers.
  • The numbering structure in the portal has been updated for better clarity.
  • Language and links in the portal have been made more universal to reflect its comprehensive nature.
  • Styling from the API docs is now applied to notebooks and test descriptions, ensuring consistent side navigation and addressing issues with long titles.
  • The main top navigation link has been removed as it is already present in the footer, following discussions from the homepage redesign.

ValidMind Library

A dropdown menu titled ValidMind Library is displayed with options organized into sections. The first section includes ValidMind Library, Supported Models, and QuickStart Notebook. The Testing section contains Run Tests & Test Suites, Test Descriptions, and Test Sandbox (BETA). The Code Samples section lists All Code Samples with subcategories like LLM, NLP, Time Series, and Etc., along with options to Download Code Samples as notebooks.zip and Try it on JupyterHub. The final section, Reference, includes ValidMind Library API. The menu is positioned below a pink header with options for Support and Training.

A webpage titled ValidMind Library with a header in pink and white, displaying the publication date as April 6, 2025. The main content area on the left features sections including What is the ValidMind Library and subsections like Generate documentation and Run validation tests, each with descriptive text explaining the features. The right sidebar contains a table of contents with links to sections such as What is the ValidMind Library and Model Validation, highlighted in pink. A blue button labeled ValidMind concepts is located at the bottom of the main content area. The top navigation bar includes a Documentation link and a Log In button.
