Upgrade to HTML-based widgets in notebooks

We’ve upgraded ValidMind’s rendering engine to an HTML-based system, significantly improving the preservation of interactive components in notebooks. Now, interactive charts remain functional after notebooks are saved and reopened, and progress bars keep their state across sessions. The HTML-based approach also enhances reliability and state management throughout.
