Managing your organization

Access to the ValidMind Platform is associated with an organization, which encompasses all your users, groups, and business units. As a user, you can belong to multiple organizations.

Prerequisites

• You are logged in to ValidMind.

Switch between organizations

You will see the option to switch between organizations only if you belong to more than one organization:

1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.

2. Under Workplace Settings, select Organization.

3. Under Organization, select the organization you’d like to switch to.

   • Once selected, this will become your active organization.
   • Your active organization is displayed under your name and roles in the left sidebar.

Change organization name

To change your organization’s name, you must have sufficient organization permissions.

By default, the Customer Admin role has these permissions.¹

¹ Manage permissions

1. In the left sidebar, click Settings.

2. Under Workplace Settings, select Organization.

3. Under Organization Name, type in your new name and click Update to save your changes.
