View and filter model findings
Access a complete list of filterable findings logged across all your models in the ValidMind Platform, or look at only findings linked to a specific model.

View model findings
You can review findings for all models at once, or only look at findings linked to a specific model.
All model findings
To view findings for all models:
In the left sidebar, click Findings.
In the page that opens is a list of all model findings, including information for:
- Title
- Severity
- Status
- Inventory model
- Risk area
- Assignee
- Due date
- Creation date
- Business unit
Click on any model finding for more information, including the proposed remediation plan and any supporting attachments.6
Attachments are listed with the following information:
- Filename
- Icon representing file type
- Date uploaded
- The user who uploaded the file
- File size
- Notes
Click on the attachment to view or download the file.
Model-specific findings
To view findings linked to a specific model:
In the left sidebar, click Inventory.
Select a model or find your model by applying a filter or searching for it.7
In the left sidebar that appears for your model, click Model Findings.
In the page that opens is a list of findings associated with that particular model, including information for:
- Title
- Description
- Severity by color
- Status
- Assignee
- Due date if past due
Click on any model finding for more information, including the proposed remediation plan and any supporting attachments.8
Attachments are listed with the following information:
- Filename
- Icon representing file type
- Date uploaded
- The user who uploaded the file
- File size
- Notes
Click on the attachment to view or download the file.
Filter and sort model findings
- By default, findings for all models are listed by creation date in descending order.
- To sort findings by a column in ascending () or descending () order, click on the column header.
To narrow down the findings, you can apply some filters:
In the left sidebar, click Findings for the list of all model findings.
Click Filter.
On the Select Your Filters dialog that opens, enter your filtering criteria for:
- Status
- Model inventory
- Risk area
- Business units
- Severity
- Assignee
For example, to filter by open findings for the
Customer Churn Model
assigned toJane Doe
:Click Apply Filters.
Filters can be removed by clicking on the next to them on the main Findings page where the results are displayed.
Customize model findings layout
Customize what is displayed on your list of all model findings:
In the left sidebar, click Findings for the list of all model findings.
Click Manage Columns.
You can toggle visibility for each item and drag each option to change the order:
Once customized, you can save a view for later application.9
Manage custom findings views
Save a findings view
You can save custom findings configuration as a view to reapply at any time:
Customize a findings layout.10
You can also apply filters or sorting before saving your view to include them in the view.11
Click Save View to save your first view.
To add subsequent saved views, click Select View.
Select Save New View.
On the Add New View modal that appears, enter the:
- view name
- description (optional)
Click Add New View to create your saved view.
Edit or remove saved findings view
Deletion of saved views is permanent.
In the left sidebar, click Findings for the list of all model findings.
Click Select View.
For the view you want to modify, click on to edit the name or description or to delete the view:
- To edit a view, select Edit View. Make your edits then click Save Changes to apply your adjustments.
- To remove a view, select Remove View. Once you confirm, your view will be deleted.
Once you confirm, the view will be deleted.
